The house is situated in Sant Feliu de Guixols at the Costa Brava, only 1 hour by car from Barcelona. It can be found in a secluded area on top of a hill overlooking the Costa Brava ragged Mediterranean Coastline. |

The ground and first floor: |
||
|
The Ground floor comprises hall, wc, kitchen and main living room. A sliding glass wall opens up from the living room to a terrace and a small private front garden. Stairs lead up to the first floor comprising one bed room with its own bath room, and two bed rooms sharing a bath room. |

The second floor and the equipment: |
||
|
On the second floor you find an atelier with a sleeping alcove. A sliding glass wall opens up to a roof terrace with sea view. The house suites well for up to 8 people. Two of the rooms have separable beds while the other two has queen size beds (width : 135cm/53 inch). The house is fully equipped with freezer, fridge, drying- washing- and disk washing-machines. Any cold nights can be encountered by the central heating. For hot nights, an Air Conditioning helps. |

To the Sea, the Town and the Beaches: |

An idyllic path leads you down to the town center of Sant Feliu de Guixols after just 1km, where you also find an excellent beach. But also in close distance to the house you have access to the sea via stairs cut into the rocks. |

A large garden with a 32m/35yd pool is shared by the 26 surrounding houses. There air is fresh from the pine forest and the sea breeze. No transit traffic disturbs this idyl. |

The Costa Brava district: |

To the South West you find Tossa Del Mar and Lloret del Mar. To the North you find S'Agaro, Platja Daro and Palamos. Just 40km/25 miles inland you find Girona, with airport and railway station.
